Our Program
Our after-school program offers a small group setting with a staff-to-participant ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3. This ensures that each participant receives personalized attention and the necessary support to thrive. We believe in tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs of each individual, fostering their growth and development in a positive and inclusive environment.
In addition to academic support, we provide homework assistance to help students with their studies and encourage academic success. Our dedicated staff is trained to guide and mentor participants, ensuring they have the necessary resources and encouragement to excel in their educational pursuits.
However, our program is not solely focused on academics. We believe in the importance of play and recreation. That's why we offer a wide range of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, board games, and a dedicated console room for video game enthusiasts. By balancing work and play, we create a well-rounded experience that promotes socialization, creativity, and enjoyment.
To make things more convenient for parents and caregivers, we also offer a pick-up and drop-off service within the Ballarat area. We understand the challenges of transportation and aim to alleviate that burden so that families can fully benefit from our program.
