Careers At BSS

Real Work. Real Participants. Real Support.

If you're the kind of support worker who wants to do this job properly β€” with training, backup, and participants you actually get to know β€” we'd love to hear from you.

Why BSS

A Different Kind Of Support Work

Disability support is hard work. Done badly, it burns people out, bounces participants between unfamiliar staff, and ends in provider breakdown. We've seen it β€” and we run BSS to avoid it.

Our staff get consistent rosters, proper training, behaviour support plans they actually read before shift, and managers who pick up the phone. We take complex work seriously β€” which means we take our team seriously.

If you're new to the sector, we'll train you. If you're experienced and tired of providers that cut corners, come talk to us.

What We Offer

The BSS Package

πŸ“…

Consistent Rosters

Regular shifts with participants you know. High-intensity participants get familiar faces β€” rostered deliberately, not shuffled.

πŸŽ“

Real Training

First aid, medication administration, manual handling, behaviour support, NDIS Code of Conduct β€” plus role-specific training for complex supports.

πŸ“ž

Managers Who Answer

On-call support that actually picks up. You're never alone on shift β€” incidents get a response, questions get an answer.

πŸ“ˆ

Growth & Progression

Support workers move into team leader, clinical, and management roles. We promote from within when we can.

🀝

Team Culture

Regular team meetings. Shift handovers that work. A staff group that backs each other up and knows the participants.

πŸ’œ

Work That Matters

We support participants other providers turn away. The work is meaningful because the participants are real, the outcomes are visible, and the stakes are high.
