We support the people other providers turn away — and we do it properly.
Many of our participants have high-intensity support needs: behaviours of concern, complex medication regimes, active behaviour support plans, restrictive practice authorisations. Supporting them well takes training, consistent staff, structured environments — and the systems to back it all up.
That's what BSS is built for. Our purpose-built La Trobe Street hub runs on documented behaviour support, active risk management and 2:1 supports where they're needed — with honest, detailed reporting to families and coordinators.
