Brings over two decades of lived and professional experience in aged care and disability support. Founded BSS to deliver specialist, consistent supports for participants with complex needs across Ballarat.
Passionate about supporting people living with disabilities and plays a key role coordinating participants' supports, rostering, and family communication.
Brings warmth and reliability to the team as our HR & Compliance Manager. Strong customer service background and a natural ability to make people feel welcome from their very first contact with BSS.
Runs the day to day operations at our La Trobe Street hub alongside Ethan. Heidi has strong experience supporting participants with complex needs, and is a calm, reliable and steady presence for participants and staff.

One of our newest support workers, Mikayla brings over a year of full time NDIS experience supporting people living with autism, acquired brain injury and psychosocial disability. Her real passion is mental health support, and she brings calm, genuine care to every shift.
Joined BSS in September 2026 as an experienced Disability Support Worker. With a background in early childhood education and care, Sheridan brings patience, warmth and a calm, dependable approach to every shift.
Joined BSS in September 2026 after several years as a pharmacy dispensary technician, and before that a team leader in hospitality. Bethany brings care, attention to detail and a friendly, steady presence to the team.
One of our newest support workers, Zane comes to BSS with a building and construction background and a second place finish in WorldSkills carpentry. Practical, hands on and keen to learn, Zane brings fresh energy and a strong work ethic to the team.
Our handyman, repairman and gardener — and honestly one of the most important people at BSS. The friendliest fellow you'll ever meet, Steven always has time for a chat, a coffee, and anything dog-related. Simply irreplaceable.
