What Happens After You Refer

Initial Contact

We respond within 2 business days β€” usually faster. A real person, not an automated email.

Intake Conversation

We talk through the participant's needs, goals, plan details, and whether BSS is the right fit. Honestly.

Service Agreement

If we're a fit, we set up a service agreement, meet-and-greet with the support team, and confirm start dates.

Supports Begin

First shift, first day, first program. Consistent staff, documented plans, honest reporting from day one.

Participants with high-intensity needs deserve providers with the experience, staff, and systems to support them well. If that's your participant, start the conversation here.

If you're referring a participant with behaviours of concern, restrictive practices in their BSP, complex medication regimes, a history that needs a steady provider, or high-intensity 2:1 support needs β€” this is exactly the work we specialise in.

We'll have an honest conversation with you about fit and capacity. If we're the right provider, we'll tell you. If we're not, we'll say that too and help point you in the right direction where we can.
